本系列灌装机是本公司参照国外先进灌装机技术进行改造和创新的产品，其结构更加简单合理，精确度高，操作更加简便。本机可选择定做灌装容量,最大可灌装5L,适用于酱油、醋、白酒、润滑油、农药、洗发水、沐浴露、洗手液等不含颗粒状的液体、半流体物料。

产品优点：

设计合理，机型小巧，操作方便，气动部分均采用德国FESTO和台AirTac、SHAKO的气动元件。 机身为304不锈钢材料制成，物料接触部分均采用316不锈钢材料制成，符合GMP要求。有灌装量调节手柄、灌装速度可任意调节，灌装精度高。灌装闷头采用防滴漏、防拉丝及升降灌装装置。本系列灌装机分为单头、双头和防爆式等机型。

工作原理

●本机采用压缩空气控制驱动，因此特别适合在有防爆要求及潮湿的环境中使用，具有高度安全性

●由于采用气动控制，并采用机械定位，所以灌装精度高，精度可以控制在1%

●采用丝杆、计数器，使灌装量调节精准，并可以数字形式直观地体现

●在需急停情况下，只需按动急停开关，活塞自动后退回到初始位，灌装停止

●设备故障率极低。
